Welcome to my channel 💖 I’m a former NFL cheerleader who grew up in a dance studio going to competitions with my best friends and creating lifelong memories. As my life priorities change and I advance into my 9-5, I still go back and forth on pursuing dance. My love for dance as a craft is consistent though and it will always be part of my life, which is why I created this channel! I want to create a community where dancers believe in themselves and their ability to continue to learn, regardless of their age or status in the dance world.

My videos are a mix of:
• my personal dance journey (pro cheer)
• dance technique
• stretching & flexibility
• dance education (musicality, picking up choreo, etc.)
• love of makeup, which stemmed from dance & performance
