My videos are an answer to the question, "Could you show me how to..." My goal is to provide useful tips about commonly used software and operating system features, shared in the spirit of "If you don't know, you don't know. We are all learning." Some of my tips may seem very basic to more experienced users, but everyone is at a different stage of learning. The tasks we do most often are likely to be our greatest time wasters if we are doing them inefficiently.

Showing how-to in a video is a great way to enhance learning. There are both visual and auditory cues to help stimulate retention in memory, and a viewer can pause the video and practice in a follow-along manner in another browser tab or program window.

The brand name PC Ah-hah! is intended to reflect the moments when "the light goes on" and you finally understand something. It is those moments of triumph that empower us. We feel more competent.
