Music can bring you into the so called "tunnel" which is one of the most effective status while programming. You are fully concentrated and ignore everything around you but your problem to solve. Different people need different kind of sounds to reach this awesome status. For me this is a mix of synthwave and electro music.
Learn to code and use the power of music to stay tuned solving problems.
