Camera Settings:
Shutter Angle - 180 degrees (equivalent to twice the frame rate).
ISO - I normally set to the base ISO setting for the log footage colour space I use.
Aperture - usually governed by lighting and the depth of field I am trying to get.

I usually don't change settings - other than the frame rate, based on subject movement.
