Action E2030 is created for two main purposes:
First, to support all teacher, parent and children to have access to quality and flexible education and to equip them with knowledge and skills to improve their work efficiency and quality of life.
Second, to support partner and member in enhancing institutional capacity and cooperation in community development and to improve the delivery of services, problem-solving, and responding to the needs of vulnerable groups, citizens and the general community.
