Hello. Welcome to Rita Castillo Voice YouTube Channel! I am a singer and voice teacher/coach in Long Beach California. 
 
I’ve created this channel to make tutorial videos that give you the same training I give my private students. I cover a variety of subjects of vocal technique, inner work,  and also performance tips. 

I have decades of experience singing in a variety of situations and I know what works,  what doesn’t, and also what might cause harm down the road.  I refer to it as “Singing for Real.”

When singers learn new techniques and improve their skillsets, they discover that they have so many more options to work with and start basing their style on their strengths.  You have your own unique beautiful voice inside and may need to just be shown how to use the tools in your vocal tool box. You can then develop into the brilliant singer you never knew you were.
