Welcome! Here you will find the videos for the lectures of the course “Unveiling biological networks by cutting-edge proteomics tools”.

The course took place in Rosario, Argentina from 30th Nov to 4th Dec (2021) at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Rosario. The event focused on advances in proteomic strategies,  in the area of protein-protein interactions and proteome characterization. Lectures covered techniques in proteomics, and experimental sessions focused on sample preparation, mass spectrometer operation, and data analysis.
