This site contains my thoughts on random topics in physics. In general they have been inspired by explanations I have read or seen in lectures and that I have found rather dubious. My aim here is to challenge these explanations. I expect that most of my arguments will be proved wrong by other people, but as long as I learn something in the process I am not too bothered.
