I’m here to be transparent and honest about my walk with the Lord—what He’s teaching me, where I struggle, and what it looks like to surrender and depend on Him daily.

After my mom’s stroke, God opened my eyes to how much I had been trying to carry on my own. I can’t deceive myself into believing I’m depending on God while I’m still white-knuckling every plan and outcome. I have to let go of control and surrender.

My dependence is on God, His Word, our Savior Jesus, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Don’t let the noise, demands, fear, worry, or expectations of this world—or of people—drown out His voice.

Read His Word. Absorb it. Believe it. Speak it. Live it. Sing it.
