It's quite different from conventional text editors, and from conventional Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) (which are basically augmented text editors).

2. scroll down to "Download The Semel Editor (TM)"
3. click on that link
4. click on "Download the installer for [your OS]"
5. launch The Semel Editor (TM)
