MIDROC Gold Mine Pvt Ltd. Co. (MGOLD) is a major Ethiopian mining company, established in 1994, that operates the Legadembi Gold Mine located 500 km south of Addis Ababa. It is Ethiopia's sole gold exporter, producing approximately 4,500 kg of gold-silver doré annually from 1.6 million tonnes of ore. The company focuses on exploring, mining, and processing gold and other minerals.
