I’m Johnny Roxxer, frontman of Johnny Roxxer & The Trouble. I’m a veteran, a trauma nurse, and a history teacher — which is a strange mix until you hear the music.

The band started as a small project among friends. A year ago, we began using our combined skills to make War Thunder parody songs just for fun, something to listen to while we played. Our squadron mates wanted in, so we tossed the tracks on YouTube. Eventually I got tired of ads, grabbed a DistroKid account, and suddenly we were on Spotify and Amazon. Somehow, that made me the “elected” producer and PR guy.

As history teachers, we naturally drifted into making history‑geek songs too — music that’s fun to listen to but also sneaks in real historical events, people, and stories we find fascinating. The hope is simple: maybe someone hears a song, gets curious, and wants to learn more. If you like it feel free to let us know. If you don't we are always open to new idea and helpful criticism.
