One thing I'll say, especially if you have a non-technical background, that the automation is the easy part. 

AI will soon be a commodity, like the internet. Everyone will have it. 

The founders that will thrive in the AI revolution are the ones who will figure out how to use AI for their specific bottleneck in their specific businesses - not the ones who apply cookie cutter automations like everyone else.

The real work then, is changing the patterns of decision making that keeps founders recreating the bottlenecks in their business. 

A better AI tool does not equal a better business.

But a founder armed with better judgment, can create magic with the right AI tools.
