My name is Rikke Fabienke. For more than 20 years I have been working with my own personal development on 3 levels: Body, mind and soul. I happily share my journey with you.

My daily ambition, is to be "Leader of my Life". Some days are filled with light making the day easy and beautiful. Other days are filled with darkness and shadows come to the surface. I believe both sides are an inevitable and important part of life. Life for med, is all about learning to navigate in these polarities. Create balance. My body and more specific my heart, is the key for me ❤️

The way I aim to obtain my goals and dreams, in order to contribute to a better world for all of us, is by helping others understand that you hold your key to your heart in your hand. You are born with the key. Some hold the key in their hand, others have lost it during the journey of life and wish to find it again. Some don't even know there is a key. No matter, there is hope for all of us.
