Since 2013, my businesses British Homebuyers and British Homesellers have helped facilitate over 14,000 property transactions worth more than £5 billion.

I started these businesses because I believed parts of the UK property market were broken and homeowners deserved better options. More than a decade later, I'm still focused on improving that.

But this channel isn't about selling houses.

It's about understanding what's really happening to Britain's housing market.

I share data-driven analysis of house prices, affordability, homeownership, government policy and the wider economy to help explain why the market behaves the way it does.

My goal is simple: to help more people understand the realities of UK property, encourage informed debate, and contribute to the conversation about how we create a housing market that works better for future generations.
