Hello, I’m Tony Low, a Professor at the University of Minnesota, with over two decades of research experience in semiconductors, nano-devices, quantum materials, and emerging technologies at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Columbia University, Yale University, Purdue University, and the National University of Singapore. Professor Nano shares key ideas through concise, 10-minute “knowledge nuggets” built from first principles. Topics span semiconductors, electronic and optical devices, quantum physics, nanotechnology, and the science behind future computing. We won’t shy away from math, because equations often provide the clearest path to understanding.
