After 13 years living in Manhattan I bought a house in the suburbs. Now I’m buying and reviewing everything I need, as well as showing the repairs I’m doing on the house. 

I’ve scoured online reviews and forums and have done all the research. 

I have a background in being handy but my goal is to share with you how easy some of these things can be done for a first-timer with proper preparation.
