Well Care Community Health is a health center located in downtown Richmond Indiana. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a mission to provide care for the underserved members of our community and remove any barriers to receiving exceptional medical, dental, and behavioral health care.

Life can be difficult, but we believe your health should come first. Finances, language barriers, and even transportation can keep you from access to quality health care. Well Care accepts all insurance and offers a unique sliding pay scale to reduce the amount you pay. We also offer Spanish interpretation as well as transportation assistance for those in need.
