I'm Kirsty and this channel is dedicated to supporting children, young people, families, and professionals through some of life's most important transitions.

Drawing on my experience working with children and young people across educational settings, alongside my work supporting those with SEND, SEMH needs, and EBSA.  I'll be sharing practical advice, insights, and real conversations about inclusion, belonging, confidence, and preparing for the future.
